Returns

TotallyGirly.com guarantees every item for 30 days if not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return, in new condition, any item to the address listed below. If your order qualified for free shipping then you will be credited for the actual amount of the merchandise less shipping cost paid by TotallyGirly.com to ship your item.

Returns must be in new and resellable condition with the exception of defective merchandise. The item must be received within 15 days. Please include all necessary information to expedite your credit.

Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be issued and also please keep in mind that we do charge a 7% restocking fee for items that are not defective. You will be given credit for the amount of the item, less 7% plus shipping. (If you received free shipping with your order the free shipping is only free when the order is completed and over the limit specified. If your return brings your total under this limit then the shipping is charged at our actual shipping cost to you).

NOTICE: At times beyond our control, our warehouse will pull, discontinue, or otherwise be out of the product at hand.
